2010 Employee Compensation Report Survey

Texas Nursery & Landscape Association has partnered with the Professional Landcare Network (PLANET), to help with distribution of its 2010 Employee Compensation Report survey, which covers compensation and benefit programs in use during 2009.The data gathered from this survey will be presented in a comprehensive, final report, the 2010 Employee Compensation Report for the Green Industry, a valuable benchmarking tool for the green industry.

To ensure a comprehensive report, we need everyone's participation. We encourage you to participate in this survey, which asks for information about your compensation and benefit programs. The report will cover both executive and employee compensation by position, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and perks. Also profiled in detail will be fringe benefits programs covering health insurance, vacation policies, retirement, and the like.

Please take the time to complete the survey and return it directly to Profit Planning Group no later than September 15, 2010. PLANET has contracted with Profit Planning Group to independently conduct this survey, and you should return your completed survey to them. Profit Planning Group is extremely sensitive to your confidentiality concerns, and has developed secure methods of handling and protecting data submitted by firms for industry performance surveys.

If you're prompted for a user name and password when you click on this link, simply click "cancel" or click on "x" to close the box and a read-only Excel file will be downloaded to your computer. Remember to save the file to your computer before filling it out and sending it to Profit Planning Group.

As a survey participant, you will have the opportunity to purchase the final report at a special price of $20. This special price is only available at the time the survey is completed and returned (instructions for ordering your copy of the final report are on the first page of the survey). You will receive an electronic copy of the final report once it is available for distribution.
